Diagnosis
- Six permanent (adult) front teeth were completely knocked out of their sockets.
- Four primary teeth are also lost

- Root canal therapy: Carried out on the replanted teeth to prevent infection and secure long-term stability. This was a necessary step because the nerve supply was severed during the avulsion.
